Cancer April 2024

Your ruler, the Moon, in the first lunar eclipse of 2024, this coming Monday, March 25, will be in Libra. She falls into your fourth house of home and early family and heritage. Your mind will turn, as it often does, to your past. Issues, for most Cancers will arise then concerning an important parenting situation. (For many Cancers it is felt most urgently with the mother.) For others, the eclipse will concern property, and there will be moving or redecorating.

Your fourth house is the most personal house – and, how ironic – you have the most planetary activity going on in your most public tenth career and reputation house. So, at the same time, there is movement on your public life path, and knowing you, the two may be connected. (On the most basic level, now job necessitates a move.)

Money becomes the primary focus, but I believe, dear Crab, the two are connected. There will be a financial outcome to your career development.

An exciting new position is ahead. Destined to make April a fab month, the likes of which you haven’t seen in ten years. A new life path, courtesy of a new moon on Monday, April 8, brings a huge professional opportunity. Commit, if you can, before Friday, April 19, when the Sun leaves your tenth career house, and enters your eleventh social circles house. You’ll want to make your move before then, or you may have to stay the pace into summer.

Many smart crabs have been looking for a new shell to live in, or to refurbish the one they already have. Fantastic results are coming – but you will need to have patience. Just give it time, and it will happen.

Meanwhile, “home at the ranch” as they say, be careful of where you sleep (and with whom). I am attempting to be humorous but some of my meaning is very serious.

The tenth house also rules your public reputation. Don’t blow it, Cancer. With all the pressure you’ve been under (and some of you have been waiting forever for the fruits of your labors of your labors to come through) it is normal and healthy to go wild once in a while. Or to just…seek comfort.

But remember, with all this intensity coming up in your public reputation, anything can happen. It can be negative OR positive. What it does mean, sans doute, is that, whatever it is, things won’t be the same again. With lotto lucky Jupiter blessing your eleventh house of your social circles, though, it should be positive.

No need to get paranoid. (I can hear some of you starting to turn the wheels of worry already. Please stop. No need.) April is, as I said, a fab month for the Crab.

The only slight warning this month is challenging transformations in your partner or partners.

Whatever you need, expect delays (Mercury retrograde). And remember that you have free will. You can make this as good (or as bad) for yourself as you like. Your secret weapon this April? Stay stealthy and smart and don’t wear your heart on your sleeve. Keep your eye on the prize.

And what a prize it will be.

I will congratulate you on your work – you have been doing everything right – and there is more good news up ahead due to everything moving into your tenth house of career and achievement, and your rise in popularity.

It is time to trust and be happy again. I am here to tell you that April is not the time to make sudden moves, nor try to escape. But it is the time to clear away what you have suffered, and to go forward to a happier future. And you will.
