You’re at the end of a work path you’ve been walking for three years. Your professional community is going to completely change, do a 180, as a result of this. – Don’t repress what you are feeling – breathe into it, and it will be fine.

– Write down what’s going on. Even if you don’t know what’s going on. When you write stuff down, the paper or computer screen makes sense of it – I swear by it.

The very act of writing also lets light into that part of you that’s hurt or closed and essentially creates a healing.
