Success for you this April comes through your relating with others, the nature of your relationships, and in how you form partnerships. The first indication of this occurs as early as Saturday, March 29, with a positive Aries solar eclipse new Moon in your seventh house of partnerships. I see a new agreement, a new contract, a new friend coming to you around this time. It will be exciting, and I see you very happy with the outcome. A partner also may have good news to share.
The eclipse aspect adds permanence to the picture. This “contract” you make with another has long term ramifications, may indeed even set you up for life. It definitely closes the door on a past path of yours, and a past “contract”.
Even though it is Mercury retrograde until Monday, April 7 (March 15 – April 7), I advise you to go ahead and “sign” as this is simply too good an opportunity to pass up. You can sort any errors or necessary changes at a later time. This new Moon indicates a harmonious partnership, so this won’t be a problem. (Traditionally, astrologers advise to never sign anything during a Mercury retrograde. Now is an exception to this rule.) Ideally, you even want to do this before Neptune enters your seventh house on Sunday, March 30 – but no pressure!
Then you enter April ready to utilize the power in your ninth house. It is an extraordinary power, and I advise you to use it without delay. It is Jupiter’s profitable presence in your house covering everything at a distance – most often in a different country – including immigration, travel, publishing, law and the courts (do you have a lawsuit pending?), education and classes, mind expansion. Until June 9, you have lucky breaks and opportunities galore coming to you in these areas. You have two months and one week left to utilize this luck and superpower, but again – no pressure!
For Libra, you really can’t take any more pressure. It’s been nonstop and the shocks and losses you recently experienced shook you to the core. You need tender loving care now. Reach out and ask partners and loved ones for help.

Because Venus rules beauty, you should not go through “beautifying” procedures while it’s retrograde. This includes getting botox, fillers, and the like, and, of course, any plastic surgery. These procedures just won’t go as planned or as well as you’d like. Because your ruler Venus also rules love, it’s traditionally not the best time to begin a new relationship. Unless it’s one from the past – retro means past – and this includes any from your past lifetimes.
