Happy Birthday, Cancer! It’s that time of year again for you to shine – and to strut your self upon the stage – and really celebrate who you are. You’ve been in such a funk and / or hiding out from the world that it pains me to see it. But much of this is the planetary activity in your twelfth house, a time for you to retreat and heal and process. A necessary time. Now over as you rejoin the world.

And now everything is going on in your sign. Venus makes you gorgeous, Mercury makes everyone listen to you, the Sun brings your mojo back, and the new Moon on July 5 brings a sea-change. Even to your appearance. I predict a new face for the U.S.A. then too, its Sun and Jupiter both in Cancer.

You need to sort out issues with others. Domestic issues that grow more controversial with every passing day.

You are extremely loved, for example, but sometimes you forget this.

You’re naturally suspicious in a Chicken Little Cancer sort of way. So, you have doubts, but then all is resolved.

Meditation would certainly help. Writing every day. Exercising. Eating right. All those good things. Why not?

At least your mind is not mush, but fine and brilliant – and currently zapping with Mercury and Venus. Ideas are where it’s at: Create your own. Whatever you want your focus to be – zoom! It’s sharper than a laser beam.

Decisions need to be made about home and property affairs and the best thing to do is talk it out with those you trust. People will go out of their way to please you and it is a great time to re-unite with estranged family members and friends.

After mid-month, make sure you take time out for your partner because there is a full Moon coming up Sunday, July 21 in your seventh partnership house. Relationships in general will deepen – engagements can happen now – and even single Crabs will be feeling the love.

Venus also makes you the fairest in the room – the belle of the ball – you just need to be physically seen!

Until then whether you want to create that masterpiece, conceive the most beautiful child, write that novel, play with that business plan, build a lathe, or fall in love, now is the time.

It is a great time to stop hiding your light under a bushel. At the beginning of July is also the best time to begin anything new, such as renewing a membership at the gym (or honoring the one you have).

Your self-confidence and self-esteem has been knocked a bit. You may feel that people – that you trusted – have been letting you down all over the place.

Not to worry! By the full Moon of Sunday, July 21, this will lift. I see important dates and events for you, following this date. Time to act and look your best.

Money-wise…well, the stars are still making you worry about your finances. Blessings are coming. Slowly, but they’re coming. Small mercies. Brilliant Mercury moves into your second financial house July 2, followed by lovey Venus July 11. Not long to wait.

I then see you happily ensconced on your couch with your mate, room-mate, cat, or laptop.

Don’t make any rash decisions. I know you’ve been waiting a long time for something better – but, well, it’s a difficult time for everyone right now.

We are all in a deep funk.

You, however, are more productive than most, and you get to work long before the depression is over.

New jobs are hard to come by but now is the time to strike out and try. You’ve been holding up your end of the bargain of human responsibility for so long, trudging forward, helping others, and where has it got you? When is the karmic payback?

And when do you get to do – and be – what you’re really passionate about? Without others giving you a hard time about it? People have not made it easy for you in the past.

But now – that’s all changing. You are changing. You have more choice in your life and it shows. You have worked for this. You have acquired hard-won wisdom.

You have more than several angels around you. Consult with them. Ask them for help. That’s their job.

Key people are stepping into your life, more than willing to help you. You may have been expecting what is just not possible of certain existing partnerships and associations. It is time for new friends.

When the full Moon occurs in your house ruling all relationships on Sunday, July 21, a certain chapter reaches its conclusion. Go with it, dear Crab, flow with it!

If you’ve learned anything this year, it is that things must change to get better. This is certainly one of those times.

You can communicate very well in the privacy of your own home. You will whoop it up in your own neighborhood, and you’ll have fun doing it!

You may have found yourself already looking up, or certainly thinking about, old flames and love partners.

Or rekindling passion with the one you’re with.

Some financial shifting also occurs around this time, motivating you and your partner to make some important decisions. Consider being more independent.

The one thing you really don’t have to worry about now is money, dear Crab, so there is no need to panic. You can take your time over these decisions. Rest assured you will make the right one.

And speaking of rest…get your beauty sleep. You’ve done enough work in the past year to guarantee a whole holiday of sleeping!

With the Sun and Mercury and Venus blessing your first house of looks, you look lovelier than ever. People will tell you this, too. So, enjoy and preserve those good looks of yours. Sleep until it’s time to get all dressed up and out again.
