Libra September 2022

Libra, your vision is changing – as I write this horoscope. I see you exhausted, and still working. I see you in need of solitude, and yet you are still everything to everybody. You need to get back to your self.

There is an important place for rest and recuperation in any endeavor. Now is one of those times. You need rest, some time out to mend wounds and savor victories. Although it may be hard to do, release any attachment you may feel to being in a leadership role for now. I see you haven’t had the chance to totally heal from past blows, whether it be a betrayal by a friend, an outright surgery, a move across an ocean, or having your eyes opened about a current situation – and the operation to open eyes is a very painful one.

You have made yourself irreplaceable. Fight off the maniacal thought that only you can save the day!

I know you still have to work. (The unexpected financial turnarounds cease after August 24, when Uranus goes retrograde in your eighth mutual finances house. You will see more money come in. Necessary because many of you have spent a lot!) And of course you can, I’m not saying you can’t work. But you have to rest in between.

August was a wonderfully social time when everyone wanted to play with you, and now your twelfth house eases you slowly into a retreat.

A new chapter or program of healing begun now will help. Some of you Libras have been so busy with work, so distracted with life, that you have unintentionally / accidentally hurt yourself in some way. But is an accident really an accident? An injury, a wound, an infection, a break, manifested a slow down. And here is where your twelfth house stands out.

Crucial messages come to you in the quiet, from powerful dreams and from those who have passed on. Surround yourself with silence and listen to it. Even though you crave rest and darkness, it is, simultaneously, a golden time for your persona in the world. Share it wisely.

There is a darkest before dawn feeling, with the love of Venus being out of reach, and its counterpart, violence, erupting or threatening to erupt all around you. Stay put as much as you can, no jaunting around the globe, and minimal exposure to crowds and moving vehicles, please. You are more than a little tired of all the world’s madness – as well as your own – and wish for peace and relief from the pain.

People’s bruha around you has had a lot to do with money, and the best you can do on your side is pare down expenses and minimize. Less is more. Otherwise, the blessings really are to be found in your twelfth house of retreat.

Now more than ever, you want to find ways to still and calm your mind, such as meditation and yoga. If you don’t do anything else, do those two things. Best to surrender, Libra, go inside and get comfortable, and not look to the outside world for answers for a while.

You’ll be fine. You will also never be attracted to narcissistic individuals in quite the same way again. You have been burned too badly, with little thanks for your efforts.

Yes, so you need to get help for yourself. Many, many secrets coming forward! Cover up jobs revealed. You are free to relax, stop feeling guilty, rest, and get back to communing with nature’s work. Your portrayals of everything, basically. In between, good friends really save you. Some friends you let go of, too, and that’s okay. You need protection now, not more stimulation. You are meant to be communicating, making art or writing, no doubt about it.

The full dreamy Pisces Moon on September 10 clears away something in your work. Expect an easy streamlining to happen, mainly because it will be out of your hands! Feel grateful, Libra, it will be for the best, cutting out anything that was not helping your progress.

This month, after the excesses and exaggeration of Leo in public a very different emphasis is coming. Showing off will be out, making repairs will be in.

Virgo is the “virgin” as in virgin olive oil, the purest of essences. Virgo is all about purity, so this month organic becomes a stronger force. Brilliant but the war aspect of Aries Jupiter brings more people and animals needing help as well. All over the world. Many crises. This will be the hard part.

For you, the purity happens in your retreat house, traditionally the house ruling hospitals and confinements. As soon as the Sun hits Virgo all you want to do is sleep. It’s been a crazy ride, hasn’t it? The recent dramas – yes, involving other people – had you ADD like nobody’s business. Yes you have work to do, this just means you RELAX, Libra. With less anxiety, you work better. And maestro, you need to work! Purely in the unconscious, private, most inner part of you.

No need to worry about others. You must focus. Laser beam. But, at the same time, you need to communicate. Karma Saturn in your fifth house of creativity and true love. To teach you how to do. To do what you came here to do.

Let it be art. Have fun with it. Enough obsessing about death and fear of death and loss and change. It’s driving you bonkers. Snap out of it!

A change in your home may be in order with a retrograde Pluto in your fourth house. Pluto clears through all the garbage to arrive at the truth. Sometimes the unpleasant truth, or the unexpected truth, but the truth nevertheless.

In terms of a troubled relationship: play it cool. Ice cool. You really have to NOT care, dear Libra. I hate to say it that way, but it’s true. Only in this way will you allow the other person to make their move. (You’ve chosen a very stubborn, if not scared, individual!) Transformational Pluto starts changing your garbage into gold and your scars into stars.

Fortunately, you have lucky Jupiter blessing your seventh house of relationships. Well, with Chiron, the asteroid of lingering grief, both in retrograde.

The self you have sacrificed for your work and public approval is no longer available to sacrifice. Somehow, you get all the parts of yourself back to do whatever you please. Your vision will be more clear by mid-September. The parts of the puzzle will finally start to make sense.

This is accomplished best in a private setting. You are about to “go more intimate” and for this, you need more privacy in your home. You’ll have no problem coming to an agreement or adjusting to a new location or life style.  Manifesting your creativity or dreams into real productions brings you incredible joy.

Next month, your birthday month, you are beautiful and on center stage again, performing if you have to – and having a – very public – ball, but for now…you have to… REST.
