Libra February 2022

In a recent situation involving another, you had a chance to think of yourself first, of your own needs first, and I hope you took it. Many of you did. Especially if it involved your home and / or work space, which is very important to you. Healthy boundaries are crucial now, and this is part of your necessary transformation this month. This should be in every Libra Finishing School:

You’ve experienced – in the most miserable of ways – that being passive Libra is no longer the way to go. Jupiter in your sixth house is like having your very own guardian angel. One who gives you wings, who allows you to fly as you wouldn’t normally, who encourages you to say it as you see it. It helps to see that life is not a popularity contest and that, even if it were, giving your power to others is not the way to make anyone like you. Painful, that. The operation which opens our eyes usually is.

I don’t believe in such things, but, if I did, I’d say you’ve been under a spell – or curse – of major proportions. It’s like you’ve been miscast in an ULTRA weird episode of The Twilight Zone: what did you do to get here, and how do you get out? The good news is – you do get out. You come out stronger, wiser, determined to protect yourself, and to never let this crap happen again.

I can tell you why, I can tell you all of it.

Brilliant psychologist Carl Jung, Libra Jupiter, famously said: “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”

This is really, Libra, on the most profound level, about taking responsibility for yourself, for all of your actions, for seeing and acting on reality rather than some idea in your head, for respecting karma in the way the good witches do: believing in the power of three. Whatever you do comes back to you threefold.

Yes, you are that powerful. Accept it. Embrace it. Take responsibility for it.

This accounts for why some people around you have been freaking out and reacting against you. Even when you’ve tried to help them. This unhappy state of affairs is also here to teach you to not take things or people so personally, to not be co-dependent in any way, any longer. People are usually acting out their own dramas – and they can do it very well all by themselves, thank you very much! Leave them to it. Get on with living your own life.

But speaking of fate, the lunar nodes have switched signs (as of January 18), and the north node (your destiny) in Taurus is now hitting your eighth house. I smell a new financial deal in the air. A new financial arrangement is ahead, with money coming in very suddenly and unexpectedly.
