– Don’t repress what you are feeling – breathe into it, and it will be fine.
– Write down what’s going on. Even if you don’t know what’s going on! When you write stuff down, the paper or computer screen makes sense of it – I swear by it.
The very act of writing also lets light into that part of you that is hurt or closed up, and essentially creates a healing.

You may decide to travel this May, and this would be terrific. Because of the activity right now in your unconscious – from interesting dreams to borderline compulsive worry – a trip away would be just what the doctor ordered.
