Cancer April 2022

Following a couple of gnarly conflicts, you are offered a change of life this April. I urge you to accept. After many grueling years, and fine, hard-earned achievements, you are about to become a startling, staggering, “overnight” success. You deserve it. You have worked so hard for it. And the good thing about waiting, is that now you know exactly what you want and what you don’t want. This is a major move. No more ingénue, you. Demand the respect and the time that is due to you.

This should not conflict with your career / life path being your guiding, primary force for April, however.

Act honorably, and do the right and proper thing. This means: do not indulge in any bizarre anti-social ideas you may have indulged in from the past. No craziness. This means: you are part of the world now, and you will take your place proudly. Remember these words from awesome writer Adrienne Rich: The difference between a life lived actively, and a life of passive drifting and dispersal of energies, is an immense difference. Once we begin to feel committed to our lives, responsible to ourselves, we can never again be satisfied with the old, passive way.

Your normal day-to-day life will need to be re-thought. This is a wonderful thing. Change itself is uncomfortable, however great a thing it might be. Be brave, be strong! You can do it. I know you can.

So does everyone else.

You may be thinking of only love and the possibility of more love. Your emotions are riding high as you read this horoscope. May I remind you that how you value yourself is the most important. What you have learned about how you value yourself comes forward at this time. This will also manifest itself in the shape of money or currency. Your sign of Cancer rules coins, after all. Expect some results in finances after mid-April. It will feel like quite a wait, yes, but then they are here before you know it!

A need to economize will definitely come over you. A plan you had for travel will undergo a slight and necessary revision. Do not get bent out of shape over this. Realize that you are being spiritually challenged more than anything else at this time. It is a question of faith; not of romantic love, or lust, or passion. Remember this and you will be much happier. You are being asked to show your stuff. And when it’s wonderful stuff, why not show it?

The first week of April looks to be mind-blowing in the extreme. Use your wisdom and patience in committing, or you may regret it. This is such an important time that you will not want to risk making any mistakes.

That said, I am so happy for you! Because, truly, this could not happen at a better time. After all this time of difficulty, and the pain and loss you’ve experienced, and all the people you’ve helped out this past year — well, you finally get your rewards. Do not be shy about showing off. The universe is asking you to do this.

At the same time, remember that honey really works wonders, and you succeed best during this monumental time by being at your most graceful, classy, and — at least acting — very, very grateful.

Now, here comes some of the best news of all, dear Crab!

There are no retrograde planets.

When the planets are retrograde, you get a chance to review, to make changes to that energy so heavy that it is like an albatross you wake up to every morning. But nothing you’ve been doing has seemed to make much difference, has it? Your health routines and regimens are screaming for your attention.

If you feel like you’ve been treading water, or trying to move forward through quicksand — well you have. Until now, so many planets have been in retrograde. And now, not a single one is. (This is rare.) But think, Crab, how it also made you prioritize. Saturn is fantastic for throwing out what is no longer necessary. Whatever was not necessary for yourself and for your body you did think to get rid of — and that was wise. Now keep it that way for best success! New diet and exercise regimes change your whole world now.

And after April is done, you will not need to resign yourself any longer. New life, new growth, your rewards. Make yourself fully available for whatever is needed. Make sure you understand what is needed and serve the situation with loyalty. Look at individuals around you as the embodiment of the Divine, and try to fulfill each one’s needs. Be unconcerned with the outcome. Later you will understand why you needed to be in this position.

May is when your ship comes in financially, and when you can make choices which you have worked so very, very hard for. Finally falling into place to prosper in 2022.
