A new financial arrangement begins your horoscope October 25 under a Solar Eclipse New Moon in Scorpio. Plus or minus three days, you start to see positive developments in your finances, and with Saturn newly direct in your eleventh house, they look to be permanent. After no movement at all, this comes as a great relief, and you’re more protected than you realize.

This is the best time to begin something new. Especially something you want to last. Act like a Scorpio – honor its new moon! – for best results, negotiate and draw up this new arrangement as a true Scorpio would: carefully, slowly, brilliantly, and not letting all your cards show. (Pretty much opposite to how an Aries would do it!)  Draw upon ALL your wisdom – that wisdom learned from your own painful experience – to make your perfect, and ruthless, decision. This should create a financial merger of sorts.

And I know it’s the hardest thing in the world being patient. Travel has become more of a challenge. But if you’re not traveling physically, you still will be in your mind. Your whole world opens up!
